SUNSET POWER FLOW
Program is designed to enhance recovery and alleviate stress, while increasing energy levels and reducing inflammation. We achieve this through a variety of exercises that improve mobility, strength, balance, ease, precision of movement, and conscious breathing. The main goal is to contribute to the overall vitality of the body and mind.
HIIT workout
High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts consist of high-intensity movements, alternating with short periods of lower-intensity movements. They require minimal space and can decrease body fat, increase strength, endurance, and improve health outcomes.
GOOD MORNING ROUTINE
Stretching and mobility exercises can help awaken your body, improve blood circulation, and prepare you for the day's activities. They are recommended for anyone seeking to achieve a balance of mind and body, cultivate life energy, and increase joy and peace through the beautiful combination of breath and movement.
CORE FIT
Core Fit is a 30 or 60-minute workout that specifically targets the core muscles in your torso. It's a muscle-strengthening and toning exercise for your deep core muscles and abs. This workout will improve your functional strength and has the added benefit of preventing injuries.
KINESYTERAPHY
This program is specifically designed for individuals who need a personalized exercise routine. The program's holistic approach aims to improve both the body and mind by reducing pain symptoms, increasing mobility, and improving overall health. The program addresses various dysfunctions caused by poor posture, movement, breathing, musculoskeletal injuries, pain conditions, and diseases.
PILATES
Pilates-based program that includes the essence of Yoga. This program combines exercises and breathing techniques to improve mobility, strength, balance, movement precision, and conscious breathing without putting any stress on your spine or joints:

STREINGHT WORKOUT
Strength training can be achieved using dumbbells, kettlebells, weights or Olympic bars. If your boat has a gym with some of these props, we can perform this type of training to encourage pure muscle hypertrophy and shape your body.
