Specialty classes starting this month

We are so excited to announce not one, but two great specialty classes that will both start this month!

PILATES WITH KRISTINE
Starting Saturday, Sept. 11
8-8:45 am
This session will run for four weeks, once a week on Saturdays

GIRLS NIGHT OUT BOOTCAMP WITH DINA
Starting Friday, Sept. 17
6-6:45 pm
This session will run for four weeks, once a week on Fridays

The best part: These two sessions are “donation classes.” We have created these sessions specifically to help our instructor trainees pay the Jazzercise franchise fee to become new instructors. We have not set a price. You can come for one class and pay a donation, or you can come to an entire session and pay a donation. Or come to both sessions and pay a donation! Every bit helps!

100 percent of all donations will go directly to the trainees.

Also, be on the lookout for healthy goodies (our version of a bake sale) after classes! All proceeds will go to the trainees as well!

These sessions would also be a great way to grab a friend and bring her to class, too! Party with your best girlfriends on Friday nights, and tone those muscles in pilates class on Saturday mornings! And these classes are open to all — not just Galt Jazzercise customers — so be sure to mention it to everyone!

Schedule Change

Effective Sept 1, we will no longer be offering Monday and Wednesday 4:15 pm classes. This cancellation will remain in effect until we have more instructor coverage in Galt.

The decision to cancel these two classes came after reviewing almost three years worth of attendance data, and considering the Jazzercise recommendations for total classes in relation to number of instructors as well as Galt demographics. No other classes will be affected.

The craziness of this summer has taught us all that we need to take care of ourselves in order to better serve you. We thank you all for your understanding, and look forward to adding more classes soon!

One-Day Sale Aug 23

Workout clothes getting too much of a workout?

During one of my plethora of Quality Coordinator expeditions around Central California, I came across Barry of Dancing West! If you know Barry, you know he has the cutest workout clothes at very reasonable prices! Barry carries all the brands you see in the Jazzertogs catalogs, and some of the same styles, too.

Barry is offering to bring his wares to Galt! We will nail down the date and time, but what I need to know from everyone is if there is enough interest for him to be here. He brings with him tons of workout pants, capris, shorts, tanks, coverups, etc. The only things I’ve never seen him bring are socks and shoes! I saw a cute pair of capri pants on one of his racks for about $36, and several of his tanks are priced at $20, to give you an idea of his prices.

If you might be interested in taking a look at his inventory in Galt someday soon, just let me know, so I can give Barry a headcount of about how many Jazzercisers to expect. I know me, Dina and Delia will be first in line!
